Classes will be informative and interactive, for example in ‘The Fundamentals of the Meridien Theory’, students will work in partners and use different coloured tapes to mark the Meridiens on each other’s bodies. Review sheets for each class will be provided in the manual to help consolidate learnt material. After dinner, there will be a Fireside Chat, which takes place in a more informal setting with a cup of tea and encourages the students to create a discussion on a specified topic with the guidance of the trainer.
