Length: 4 days/3 nights
Title: Yin, Restorative and Trauma-Informed Yoga Training
30-hour YACEP Certificate
Taught by Manouk Tideman C-IAYT

teach a Yin Yoga class, a Restorative Yoga class, and implement trauma-informed principles into their regular yoga classes.
Classes will be informative and interactive, for example in ‘The Fundamentals of the Meridien Theory’, students will work in partners and use different coloured tapes to mark the Meridiens on each other’s bodies. Review sheets for each class will be provided in the manual to help consolidate learnt material. After dinner, there will be a Fireside Chat, which takes place in a more informal setting with a cup of tea and encourages the students to create a discussion on a specified topic with the guidance of the trainer.
Each student will receive a printed manual that they can keep. The manual will contain key Yin poses and Restorative poses, as well as suggested sequences, and summarized information related to what they learn in the workshops and classes.
